But it’s not just the scenery that captivates me; it’s also the bountiful harvest that fall brings to our tables. From crisp apples and hearty squashes to warm spices that evoke cozy memories, this season is a celebration of flavour and comfort.
Fall also means that it’s time for soup season with all the delicious variants of soup that can be made and of course eaten. The arrival of pumpkin everything, heart warming pies and spices, slow cooked stews, pot roasts and so much more. The season also brings the enhanced enjoyment of delicious international flavours like warming Indian curries, spicy Thai dishes, and more…
